- Move studios from "TV Shows" library to all show libraries
- Add required search query for building per-actor, per-director, per-country and per-genre dynamic collections
- Add Per_Network dynamic collection template (not enabled)
- Add and enable per-actor dynamic collection for all show libraries
- Remove incompatible custom collection order for "Studio" template
