Wolfgang Bumiller f569acc5e2 drop uuid crate dependency ...

proxmox::tools now has a Uuid module using the native
libuuid.

Adds build dependency: libuuid1 (which is a Pre-Depends of
util-linux, so always installed anyway).

Drops uuid + 16 more crate dependencies.
