Dominik Csapak c642aec128 ui: tape: add DriveConfig panel ...

mostly typical CRUD interface for managing drives, with an
additional actioncolumn containing some useful actions, e.g.
* reading the label
* show volume-statistics
* show the status
* label the inserted tape
