Dietmar Maurer c68fa58a59 remove proxmox-rrd-api-types crate, s/RRDTimeFrameResolution/RRDTimeFrame/ 
Because the types used inside the RRD have other requirements
than the API types:

- other serialization format
- the API may not support all RRD features
