We could already cause the behavior by simply setting ignore-verified
to false, aas that flag is basically an on/off switch for even
considering outdated-after or not.
So avoid the extra logic and just make the gui use the previously
existing way.

We decided to go this route because it'll most likely be
safer in the API as we need to explicitly add namespaces
support to the various API endpoints this way.
For example, 'pull' should have 2 namespaces: local and
remote, and the GroupFilter (which would otherwise contain
exactly *one* namespace parameter) needs to be applied for
both sides (to decide what to pull from the remote, and what
to *remove* locally as cleanup).
The *datastore* types still contain the namespace and have a
`.backup_ns()` getter.
Note that the datastore's `Display` implementations are no
longer safe to use as a deserializable string.
Additionally, some datastore based methods now have been
exposed via the BackupGroup/BackupDir types to avoid a
"round trip" in code.

data blobs can only appear in a BackupDir (snapshot) in the backup
hierachy, so makes more sense that it lives in there.
As it wasn't widely used anyway it's easy to move the single
non-package call site over to the new one directly and drop the
implementation from Datastore completely.

And use the api-types for their contents.
These are supposed to be instances for a datastore, the pure
specifications are the ones in pbs_api_types which should be
preferred in crates like clients which do not need to deal
with the datastore directly.

The type is a real enum.
All are API types and implement Display and FromStr. The
ordering is the same as it is in pbs-datastore.
Also, they are now flattened into a few structs instead of
being copied manually.

Avoid collecting the whole group list in memory only to iterate and
filter over it again.
Note that the change could result in a indentation change, so best
viewed with `-w` flag.

the removal of the adding to the corrupted list is ok, since
'get_chunks_in_order' returns them at the end of the list
and we do the same if the loading fails later in 'verify_index_chunks'
so we still mark them corrupt
(assuming that the load will fail if the stat does)

While we skip known-verified chunks in the stat-and-inode-sort loop,
those are only the ones from previous indexes. If there's a repeated
chunk in one index they would get re-verified more often as required.
So, add the check again explicitly to the read+verify loop.

before reading the chunks from disk in the order of the index file,
stat them first and sort them by inode number.
this can have a very positive impact on read speed on spinning disks,
even with the additional stat'ing of the chunks.
memory footprint should be tolerable, for 1_000_000 chunks
we need about ~16MiB of memory (Vec of 64bit position + 64bit inode)
(assuming 4MiB Chunks, such an index would reference 4TiB of data)
two small benchmarks (single spinner, ext4) here showed an improvement from
~430 seconds to ~330 seconds for a 32GiB fixed index
and from
~160 seconds to ~120 seconds for a 10GiB dynamic index

- task worker
- datastore
- corrupt and verified chunks
might as well pull that out into a common type, with the added bonus of
now having a single point for construction instead of copying the
default capacaties in three different modules..

percentage of verified groups, interpolating based on snapshot count
within the group. in most cases, this will also be closer to 'real'
progress since added snapshots (those which will be verified) in active
backup groups will be roughly evenly distributed, while number of total
snapshots per group will be heavily skewed towards those groups which
have existed the longest, even though most of those old snapshots will
only be re-verified very infrequently.
