some operations (e.g. garbage collection/restore/etc.) are very read
intensive on the chunks, and having atime=on and relatime=off (zfs default)
makes those write intensive operations too. Additionally, 'ext4' defaults to
relatime, so also change the default for api-created zpools.

In order to avoid name conflicts with WorkerTaskContext
- renamed WorkerTask::log to WorkerTask::log_message
Note: Methods have different fuction signatures
Also renamed WorkerTask::warn to WorkerTask::log_warning for
consistency reasons.
Use the task_log!() and task_warn!() macros more often.
so that longer running creates (e.g. a slow storage), does not
run in a timeout and we can follow its creation

When creating a new zpool for a datastore, also instantiate an
import-unit for it. This helps in cases where '/etc/zfs/zool.cache'
get corrupted and thus the pool is not imported upon boot.
This patch needs the corresponding addition of 'zfs-import@.service' in
the zfsonlinux repository.

and if it does bail, because otherwise we would get an
error on mounting and have a zpool that is not imported
and disks that are used
