- imported pbs-api-types/src/common_regex.rs from old proxmox crate
- use hex crate to generate/parse hex digest
- remove all reference to proxmox crate (use proxmox-sys and
proxmox-serde instead)

commit c42a54795d introcuded a bug by
using fp.to_string(). Replace this with fp.signature() which correctly
returns the full fingerprint instead of the short version.
